As a Retail Officer at Bahrain Telecommunications Company (BATELCO), I realized Device installments take long time to be calculated. So, I decided to create an automated application to help reducing transaction time and decrease other staffs mistakes.

Goal:

Decrease the average wait time for waiting customers, decrease transaction time related to device installments, and improve quality and accuracy of the transaction.

Analysis:

In the period of shadowing at ENMA MALL Batelco Branch, I had an opportunity to analyze as much as possible of device installment visits. Which, provided me the following results:
Avg. of 10 min(s) for expert staff, and avg. 23 min(s) for new staff including myself. That goes for calculations and explaining the prices for the customer in all available periods, while 1 - 3 min(s) goes for writing the prices for the customers in papers.

In sixth release of the project,
- Included fix line device installment calculator.
- Sheets now can notify the user when Risk Category is not eligible for device.
